101-Day Return and Exchange Policy

You have 101 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange or a full refund, as long as the items are unused, in resaleable condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot process returns or exchanges for the following:

  • SALE or promotional items
  • Custom orders
  • Garments with embroidery, screen printing, or other embellishments
  • Worn, soiled, or damaged products

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if delivery is refused or return conditions are not met. Returns for sale items and gift cards cannot be processed.

Order History

To view your order history, log into your account by clicking the "Login" button near the cart icon on the homepage. Enter your email address and use the code sent to your inbox to access your details.

Reduced Return Fee

We have negotiated a flat return and exchange fee of $22 with Australia Post, regardless of your order size.

  • For exchanges, the fee covers shipping the replacement item back to you.
  • For refunds, the $22 fee will be deducted from your refund, along with any initial shipping costs.

A separate return request must be submitted for each parcel. Once a return or exchange has been initiated and the label is generated, the transaction cannot be voided or reversed.

Self-Serve Returns

To initiate a return, use this return link. A flat $22 fee will be applied to generate a return label, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, which can be accessed by logging into your account. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for items returned in poor condition, covering the costs of packaging, steaming, refolding, or dry cleaning.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, use this exchange link. A flat $22 fee applies, covering return and replacement shipping. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on sale or clearance items, except where legally required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately. We will correct the issue and cover return costs if the error is on our part.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued (minus any applicable shipping fees) to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
